Consent to Electronic Signatures and Records

1. Agreement to Electronic Transactions

You have been invited to review and sign a document electronically through eSamaHomes, an electronic property management platform.

The document has been provided by the landlord, property owner, property manager, or other authorized representative identified in the document or signing invitation (the "Document Sender").

By selecting "I Agree," you voluntarily consent to:

• Use electronic signatures to execute the documents included in this signing transaction.
• Receive the documents, disclosures, confirmations, and communications directly related to this signing transaction electronically.
• Conduct this specific signing transaction using electronic records rather than paper documents.

Electronic signatures may have the same legal validity and enforceability as handwritten signatures, subject to applicable law.

2. Scope of Consent

This consent applies only to the documents and communications directly associated with the current signing transaction, including any attachments presented for signature.

It does not automatically authorize electronic delivery of future leases, renewals, rent increases, ongoing property management communications, or other unrelated notices.

This consent does not govern delivery of eviction notices, notices of default or right to cure, court documents, or any other notices for which applicable law requires separate procedures.

3. Your Right to Use Paper Documents

You are not required to sign electronically.

You may request to complete the signing transaction using paper documents and handwritten signatures.

To request a paper-based process, contact the Document Sender using the contact information provided in the signing invitation or lease.

There is no additional charge from eSamaHomes for choosing paper documents.

Your decision not to sign electronically does not itself constitute acceptance or rejection of the underlying lease or agreement. The Document Sender will coordinate an alternative signing process.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic records and electronic signing at any time by contacting the Document Sender using the contact details provided in the signing invitation or document.

You may also decline to proceed with electronic signing.

Withdrawal becomes effective within a reasonable period after the Document Sender receives your request.

No fee will be charged by eSamaHomes for withdrawal.

Withdrawal may require the remaining signing process to be completed using paper documents and may delay completion of the transaction.

Withdrawal does not invalidate electronic records or signatures validly completed before the withdrawal became effective.

5. Copies of Electronic Documents

After all required parties have completed signing, a copy of the fully executed document will be sent to your designated email address in PDF format.

If you have access to an eSamaHomes portal account, your documents may also be available for download through that portal.

You may request a paper copy from the Document Sender using the contact information provided with the signing invitation. eSamaHomes does not charge a fee for such copies, and the Document Sender will provide them without charge for this signing transaction.

Electronic documents may be downloaded, saved, and printed for your records.

6. Hardware and Software Requirements

To review and sign documents electronically, you need:

• A smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access.
• A current version of a supported web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
• A valid email address that you can access.
• Software or browser functionality capable of opening, displaying, saving, and printing PDF documents.
• Sufficient device storage or another secure location to retain downloaded documents.

The signing process may require verification using a one-time code sent to your email address.

If technical requirements materially change in a way that could prevent you from accessing or retaining covered records, you will be informed of the new requirements and your applicable withdrawal rights, and renewed consent will be obtained when required by law.

7. Updating Your Contact Information

You are responsible for maintaining a working email address during the signing transaction.

If your email address changes or you can no longer access it, notify the Document Sender using the contact information in the signing invitation or document.

The Document Sender will coordinate any necessary update to your electronic delivery information.

8. Verification and Electronic Audit Records

To maintain the integrity and security of the signing transaction, eSamaHomes and its authorized electronic signature service providers may collect and retain information such as:

• Signer name and email address.
• Date and time of document delivery, viewing, consent, and signing.
• Internet Protocol (IP) address and related technical information.
• Electronic verification events and their results.
• Document identifiers, signing status, and relevant transaction activity.

This information is used to authenticate signing activity, maintain records, investigate disputes, and support legal or regulatory requirements.

Signing records and documents may be processed or stored outside the United States by authorized service providers, as described in the eSamaHomes Privacy Policy.

9. Parties and Service Providers

The underlying lease or agreement is between the parties identified in that document.

eSamaHomes provides software and technology services that facilitate electronic document preparation, delivery, signing, and recordkeeping.

eSamaHomes and its electronic signature technology providers do not become parties to the underlying lease merely by providing these services.

Questions about the terms, obligations, or enforceability of the underlying agreement should be directed to the Document Sender.

10. Document Sender and Contact Information

The Document Sender is the landlord, property owner, property manager, or authorized representative identified in the document and signing invitation.

Requests involving paper copies, withdrawal of consent, alternate signing methods, and changes to signing contact information should be directed to that party.

If you cannot identify or contact the Document Sender, contact eSamaHomes support at hello@esamahomes.com for assistance in reaching the Document Sender.

11. Confirmation of Consent

By selecting "I Agree," you acknowledge that:

• You have been given the opportunity to review this consent.
• You understand that electronic signing is optional.
• You understand how to request paper documents or withdraw your consent.
• You can access, view, save, and retain electronic PDF documents.
• You consent to using electronic signatures and records for this signing transaction.

This consent does not itself constitute your signature on the lease or other underlying agreement.
