Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account information from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile image.

Information you or your organization enter: organization details, properties, units, and records about tenants, applicants, owners and vendors, such as names, contact details, leases, payments, maintenance requests, messages and documents.

When you accept these terms or the Terms of Service, we record the date, the version, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent as evidence of that acceptance.

Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe. eSamaHomes does not store card numbers.

2. How we use it

To provide the service: running your organization’s records, sending the notices and emails you trigger, processing payments, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of eSamaHomes on our behalf: cloud hosting and file storage (Amazon Web Services), sign-in (Google), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and tenant screening when your organization orders it. We share only what each needs to do its job.

Within an organization, information is visible to that organization’s team, and to the tenants, owners and vendors the organization chooses to share it with. Organizations cannot see each other’s data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep organization data while the organization’s account is active, and for as long as the law requires afterwards for financial and legal records. Terms-acceptance records are kept as long as the related account exists.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. If your information was entered by an organization you rent from or work with, we may refer your request to that organization.

6. Changes

When this policy changes, the version date above changes and you will be asked to accept the new version.
